In This Issue
There is quite a bit of tasty stuff in today’s issue. We start off with “Dueling Ham Events” tomorrow , then we have a link to all the SKYWARN training events (some are online), followed by some online Amateur Radio reading of interest to many, happenings for the coming week, and “The Doctor’s” edition should make us think just a little more about the implications of putting an Amplifier between radios and antennas.
The lead article in this week’s ARRL Letter has more than a little bit of controversy – several SCARS members have disagreed with this effort. You should read that article if you read nothing else here.
Also, there is DX, even though you have to work for it a little, Amateur Radio Newsline has their always-great episode, and the Ham Nation boys and girls help you not set your car on fire with your radio installation, among many other items of interest.
If you can’t find anything interesting to read, watch, or listen to here, call 911!
See you next Saturday at the April SCARS Meeting!

The Norman Forecast office’s schedule of training classes and locations can be found at this link:
Online Ham Stuff
I’ve stumbled upon some really nice “Ham” writing/publication, etc. sites of late and remembered one that I shared with you some time ago. Go browse through these, and I’ll bet that you’ll find something that interests YOU!
Share your favorite online Ham resource with others! Send me those links!
